Arnold Lightweight and Middleweight Strongman & Strongwoman World Championships

The Arnold Lightweight and Middleweight Strongman & Strongwoman World Championships will once again feature the best lightweight and middleweight competitors from more than 25 countries, competing for the prestigious world titles.

On the men’s side, competitors will compete in the following weight classes: 80kg, 90kg, 105kg, and 120kg. Women will compete in the 57kg, 64kg, 73kg, and 82kg categories. 8 world titles will be handed out, along with $30,000 in prize money.

All athletes qualify for the Arnold Lightweight and Middleweight Strongman World Championships by winning or placing in a national championships or Arnold qualifier conducted by their national federation, or by possessing a pro card recognized by Strongman Corporation.

Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Pro/Am

The Arnold Strongman & Strongwoman Pro/Am will feature top heavyweight athletes from around the world competing for an invite to the 2026 Arnold Strongman or Strongwoman Classic.

The overall men's and women's winner of the Arnold Strongman and Stronwoman Pro/Am will earn an automatic entry into the 2026 Arnold Strongman Classic and 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Classic.

Arnold Masters Strongman & Strongwoman

The Arnold Masters Strongman & Strongwoman Championship is coming to the 2025 Arnold Sports Festival, showcasing the strongest men and women aged 40+ and 50+ from around the world.

Competitors earned their spot by excelling in top regional, national, and international level events.

Competitors will compete in 5 disciplines - the Slater Max Log Press, the Trap Bar Deadlift for Reps, the Rogue Yoke Walk, the Grip Gauntlet, and the Sandbag/Húsafell Sandbag Loading Medley.
