The High Five Arm Wrestling Championship follows a double elimination format meaning all adult competitors need to lose twice to be eliminated from the tournament. To compete athletes must have placed top 3 in one of the qualifier tournaments hosted around the world or won your class at the 2026 Arnold Classic Arm Wrestling Championship.

All matches will be held either on the main stage expo stage or booth 2044 inside the Arnold Expo at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Schedule
Thursday March 5: Weigh-ins / Athletes meeting, 3pm-5pm (Room A216)
Friday March 6: preliminary rounds for all classes, 9am-6pm
Saturday March 7: Professionals Finals on the main stage 9-10 am, Amateurs and Masters at booth 2044 10:30 am - 12 pm, awards afterwards, more details to come
Sunday March 8: Super matches and spectators get an opportunity to try arm wrestling, 9am-6pm
Cash awards will be awarded to the top three professional athletes in each weight class. Custom medals will be awarded to the top three athletes in all divisions.
Spectators
Spectators attending the tournament to watch or support friends must buy a Daily Expo Ticket at the venue which also will allows access to the Arnold Expo and many other sports and competitions. Competitors will receive their expo wristband when checking-in to compete at the tournament which also allows access to the Arnold Expo and many other sports and competitions.
