Official Photo and Video Policy for Battelle Grand / IFBB Pro League

Policy Overview

This policy establishes guidelines for photography and videography at the 2026 Arnold Sports Festival. All attendees, including media representatives, competitors, staff, and spectators, must comply with these regulations.

Camera Usage Restrictions

Permitted Devices

• Cell phones and smartphones are the ONLY approved devices for CREDENTIALED MEDIA photography and video recording at IFBB Pro League events at Battelle Grand and prejudging on Arnold Expo Stage.

Prohibited Devices

The following devices are strictly prohibited within the Battelle Grand:

• Professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or film cameras)
• Video cameras and camcorders
• Action cameras (GoPro, etc.)
• Cameras with detachable lenses
• Professional video equipment
• Tripods, monopods, and stabilization equipment
• Lighting equipment and external flashes
• Drones or aerial photography devices
• Any other specialized photography or videography equipment

Press Credential Holders

This policy applies to all press credential holders without exception. Media representatives must:

• Use only cell phone cameras for coverage
• Display press credentials visibly at all times
• Comply with all designated photography zones and restrictions
• Respect athlete privacy and designated no-photography areas

Enforcement and Violations

Violation Consequences

Any individual found in violation of this policy will be subject to:

1. Revocation of press credentials (for credentialed media)
2. Removal from the event premises
3. Denial of future credential requests for subsequent Arnold Sports Festival events

Security Protocol

• Event security personnel reserve the right to inspect bags and equipment at entry points
• Individuals refusing inspection will be denied entry
• No refunds will be issued for removed attendees or revoked credentials

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may only be granted through:

• Written approval from Arnold Sports Festival management
• Approval must be obtained prior to the event
• Official event photographers and videographers contracted by the Arnold Sports Festival

Content Usage Rights

All photography and video content captured at the event remains subject to the Arnold Sports Festival's standard media usage terms and conditions.
