Arnold Affiliate Gathering

The Arnold Affiliate Gathering is back in 2023, and we are retooling the format to three single day competitions.

Friday will consist of a solo circuit style competition that will test the strength and endurance of every athlete.  Saturday will incorporate a “Teams of 2” competition, and Sunday will be a same-sex three person “Heavy” competition that will require higher level athletes to navigate the gauntlet of movements and lifts.

Early Bird Registration is open through December 15.
