Current COVID-19 Protocols

December 13, 2022

Current COVID-19 protocols call for masks to be worn indoors, per City of Columbus mandate (see below) and vaccine is required for non-U.S. Citizen, not immigrants arriving in U.S by air.

At this time there are no other requirements to attend the event in terms of vaccine, negative test or social distancing.

City of Columbus Mask Mandate

November 17, 2022

The Columbus City Council passed an ordinance on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 requiring face coverings be worn by individuals 6 and older while in indoor public spaces. As a result, at this time, face coverings will be required to attend the 2022 Arnold Classic and related events on March 3-6, 2022 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Exemptions to the order include those younger than 6 years of age; individuals with medical or behavioral conditions that preclude them from wearing a face covering; and anyone actively eating and drinking, engaged in sports and recreational activities, or giving a speech or performance before a live audience.

The City of Columbus ordinance DOES NOT REQUIRE proof of vaccine or negative COVID-19 test to attend indoor events.
